Research activities
The focus of his work is the adhesion of biotinylated giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs) onto streptavidin functionalized substrates under a photo-oxidative stress. Taking advatage from the univoque relation between adhesion area increase and relative area increase per lipid, he was able to determine the latter quantity for oxidized DOPC and POPC, in agreement with the work done by Georges Weber in our group.
