Research activities
I am investigating with the help of numerical simulations the thermal and rheological properties of an aqueous mixture of fatty alcohols and surfactants. These systems have a tendency to self-assemble in membrane structures and have important industrial applications in the field of cosmetics.
I am studying these systems with the help of coarse-grained molecular dynamics (MD) simulations using a model based on all-atom MD simulations.
