Knowing the precise thermodynamical state of individual lipids composing a membrane is fundamental to understand the physical properties of membranes at the microscopic scale. To access this information we developed a software using machine learning technics that can discriminate between the different phases while using only configurational information of individual lipids. More details available in our recent PCCP article.
